•  RV wholesale shipments are projected to reach an all-time high in 2021 then continue to trend upward through 2022.
• The latest forecast for RV shipments in 2021 ranges between 567,000 and 587,400 units with a most likely year-end total of 577,200 units, a 34% gain over 2020’s year-end total. 
• Industry growth is expected through 2022 with shipments ranging between 586,300 and 614,100 units with a most likely total of 600,200 units, a four percent rise over 2021. 

• 65-million Americans plan to take an RV trip in the next year.
• 34% of leisure travelers plan on renting an RV and 26% plan on buying an RV this year. 
•  The top three reasons for considering RV travel include: having the flexibility to do so because of remote work or school; an increased interest in exploring the outdoors; and desire to travel more with family. 

• A survey of 800 participants conducted by the RV Industry Association shows 38% of New RV Buyers are Millennials (born between 1981 and 1996); 31% are Gen X (born between 1965 and 1980); and Boomers make up only 22% (born between 1946 and 1964).
•  The median age of a New RV Buyer is 41, and their average income is $90,700.
• Millennials spent the most, averaging $82,000 on their RV purchase.
